About

Brookes Clemmons

I spend my time in the rooms where decisions actually get made.

Before I started Get Back to Your Genius, I was Chief of Staff to the CEO at a geospatial SaaS startup, Director of Operations at a venture-backed coaching platform, and managed $1B+ in client assets at Bessemer Trust. Along the way I scaled a consulting firm from 40 people to several hundred as their operations lead, rebuilding every process mid-growth.

What I do for founders is diagnose where you are actually stuck — not where you think you are stuck — and fix it. Sometimes that's a hiring system that's draining your week. Sometimes it's a reporting cadence that's hiding the real problem. Sometimes it's that you are making every decision because no one else has the context.

I build operating systems that let small teams run without the founder blocking everything. AI is how I work — faster documentation, leaner processes, systems that maintain themselves — but it isn't what I sell. What I sell is clarity, execution, and the relief of not being the bottleneck anymore.

  • 01 Order first, then automation. Systems built on chaos just move the chaos faster.
  • 02 The bus test is my quality standard. If I disappeared tomorrow, can the team maintain everything I built?
  • 03 The real blocker is usually upstream from the obvious one. Finding it is half the work.
  • 04 AI amplifies what's already there. It doesn't replace judgment — it extends it.
  • 05 I leave with documentation and a trained team. Not dependency on me.

With her guidance, I developed and launched an online community within a couple weeks. Once I enjoyed what I was doing, work became fun.

Ways to work together

Three ways to work together.

Each engagement is a bigger container than the one before it: one call, one project, or an ongoing right-hand partnership. Start wherever makes sense.

01 · Clarity Session

Name the real constraint.

$500 · 90 minutes

One call. You bring what's been keeping you stuck. I bring the right questions and a decade of pattern-matching from inside founder-led businesses. You leave knowing exactly what to focus on next — and if you book a Sprint within 30 days, the full $500 credits toward it.

Use this if: you need to name the real constraint before committing to anything bigger

02 · 30-Day Strategy Sprint

A decided plan, not more options.

$2,500 (2 × $1,250) · 30 days

A money map of your business, a clear grow/delegate/park verdict on every part of it, and a 90-day roadmap — all delivered in 30 days. You leave with decisions made, not another list of options to weigh.

Use this if: you need a decided plan, not more options

03 · Fractional Right Hand

An operator in the business.

Starting at $8,500/month · 3-month minimum

An embedded operator, not an advisor from the outside. I run hiring end to end, deliver a monthly scorecard, and hold a standing seat in your leadership rhythm — light enough to fit your business, real enough to be the right hand you've been missing.

Use this if: you need an operator embedded, not advising from outside

A few things that sound familiar.

The overwhelm didn't lift because I worked harder. It lifted because I had a direction.

No pitch, no deck — just an honest look at where you are and whether I'm the right fit. If I'm not, I'll tell you that and point you somewhere useful.
